Capella Building

This grade A office building, owned by Wirefox, is located in Glasgow’s Central Business District and is let floor by floor.

Responding to increasing demand for cat A+ space from smaller occupiers, C2 designed half of the seventh floor as a plug and play office for a single tenant. The 6,168sq ft space includes a large meeting room, collaboration spaces and a tea point as well as 54 desks and two individual offices.

The generous occupation density together with the spectacular views give a sense of quality and openness. And the soft, warm material palette reflects the trend for a more relaxed and homely style of office design.

C2 also designed a standard cat A refurbishment of the Capella Building’s ground and third floors.
