Prominently located on the corner of Exchange Place and Buchanan Street, this multi-tenanted office building nonetheless lacked street presence. The ground floor retail space dominated the Buchanan Street elevation, while the office entrance blended anonymously into the Exchange Place facade.

Working closely with the letting agents, C2 redesigned the entrance to make it more visible and attractive from the street ‒ clearly defined by black columns and planters.

The revamped internal entrance space features new seating, floor tiles and long track matting. An alcove at the foot of the stairs is highlighted in yellow, with similar colour blocks continuing up the stairwell, which also has new lighting and vinyl flooring.

The look is completed with a new building identity by Ninetwo Design.

The project also included a light touch refurbishment of the third floor, with new carpet tiles, lighting and secondary glazing as well as updates to an existing break out area.
