Property investment company Castleforge Partners acquired the Savoy Tower in central Glasgow to house the first of its Clockwise serviced office and co-working centres.

C2 was commissioned to create the Clockwise concept and brand and to design the first phase of the project – four office floors as well as the ground floor entrance. The centre includes a cafe, hot desks, lettable meeting rooms and a refurbished external terrace as well as relaxed meeting and workspaces on each office floor.

To create a modern, industrial look and feel, the original 1960s’ concrete slabs and columns are left exposed – as are the services – while the furniture and graphics provide bold colour highlights.

The first substantial co-working facility in Scotland, Clockwise has attracted a wide range of tenants, from accountants and lawyers to architects and filmmakers.
