We took forward another designer’s concept from stage 4 to completion of the £17M fit out.
The complex M&E, fire and acoustic engineering requirements demanded bespoke detailing and meticulous coordination with the concept architect, the design team, the main contractor and their specialist subcontractors.
This collaborative process featured almost daily design workshops throughout the 11-month programme from the start of the stage 4 design to completion.
