Having outgrown its serviced office space in London, US tech company AlphaSense was looking for its first permanent UK base. C2 assisted with the initial building search – carrying out test fit space plans on a number of options.

The second floor of 68 King William Street was the right size and in a perfect location, but the existing cat A+ fit out didn’t have enough desk spaces for AlphaSense.

To save time, money and embodied carbon, C2’s redesign of the floor reuses the existing furniture while adding 62 desks ‒ bringing the total to 130.

The resulting vibrant, high-energy sales environment is supported by a break out area, video conference booth and large meeting room. And for larger events, there's a town hall space too.

Ceiling baffles ensure comfortable acoustics across the densely-occupied floor, while the material palette is calm, clean and bright.
