Paymentshield is a dynamic insurance provider in the Towergate Group portfolio of businesses, with the site located in Southport Business Park, consolidating its call centre operations into a prestigious new development building.
The stunning ground floor reception, executive area and adjacent area provide a branded introduction to the two upper call handling levels of the building. The developers plans were redrafted to open-up the floor-plate in order to create contiguous call centre space, anchored by access to the breakout lounge area with atmospheric lighting solutions and various facilities support spaces.
