The Norwich Union call centre helped establish Norwich's Broadlands Business Park as the anchor building for the development. The call centre solution was driven by very practical operational requirements and employed the unusual concept of designing the building around the business.
The solution focuses on creating strong visibility across the call-600-strong handling halls with attractive venues such as meeting spaces and oasis areas within easy striking distance for all.
