c2:concepts worked closely with HBSC on the “Best Place to Work” initiative, thus redesigning their existing call centres. The design team addressed a number of issues; they include team number ratios, overall capacity, branding of Premier and Commercial, circulation within the open plan and individual workstation ergonomics. The new team layouts at Edinburgh have proven to be very successful with staff and the new look call centre locations are currently being implemented across the UK.
