Call Britannia is an innovative customer management outsourced call centre offering integrated solutions to a wide range of businesses. The company is a Call Centre with a difference, a totally unique business with a social mission. They are passionately committed to providing sustainable work opportunities for those who need them most - making a positive difference to the lives of individuals and realising commercial benefits for everyone we work with.
c2:concepts were invited by Call Britannia with its expertise in call centre environments to ensure that the design was in line with the expectations of the company given the type of surroundings required for the staff employed. This is the first of number of sites that are likely to evolve for the company.
