The unlikely setting of a 1960’s secondary school is the subject of a redesign to bring the Argos contact centre up to best in class standards. The building now provides catering and training facilities as well as adopting well thought out call centre layouts and essential facilities such as one-to-one rooms, lounge areas and meeting space for business collaboration.
